ERIN HUDSON – Practice Manager

(Cert IV Prac Mgmt)

Erin has worked at Graceville Medical since 2000. Her working background is in the banking industry; in management of her own family business in Finance and she has recent experience in bookkeeping for an accountancy firm.  After serving in the position of Office Manager for the last 5 years, Erin has recently taken over the reins as Practice Manager.

Erin has completed her Certificate IV in Practice Management at University of New England Partnerships, and continues her studies in alignment with her career as manager of the practice going forward.

Her personal interests include family, her social network, and involvement in the Think Pink Cancer Foundation at the Wesley hospital. Her passion is to keep fit, including competing in Triathlons.

ANDREA GEHRKE – Registered Nurse

Andrea achieved her basic nurses training at Toowoomba General Hospital and completed her Midwifery certificate at the Gold Coast Hospital. Her work has included duties as a London nanny, and a recreation officer on Great Keppel Island, however, her main interest has been in paediatrics. Andrea went on to study Child and Adolescent health through the Royal Brisbane Hospital and has worked in paediatric wards in Brisbane and Ipswich. Her qualifications also include a Bachelor of Arts from Central Qld University majoring in Sociology.

Andrea’s interests include patchwork, travel and baking for the staff! She also enjoys participating in fun runs.

MAREE GREEN – Registered Nurse

Maree completed her general nursing at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne followed by her midwifery at Mercy Hospital Melbourne and her nursing background over the past 35 years has been quite varied – Country midwife Benalla Victoria, Deputy Director of Nursing in Aged Care – Ballina NSW & Practice Nurse, Discharge Planner at Mater Private, Brisbane.

Maree joined Graceville Medical in January 2016 and loves the variety of nursing skills involved in being a Practice Nurse.

Her personal interests include family, especially her 9 grandchildren, bushwalking, travel, reading and keeping fit.
